I am a student pursuing pharmacokinetic investigations of a drug,
Amodiaquine, using urine data alone owing to the limitation of
materials available here. To be able to estimate key pharmacokinetic
parameters of the drug notable among which such as clearance and
volume of distribution, there is the need to convert the urinary data
to plasma data values and I am finding difficulties in effecting this
conversion. I would therefore be most grateful if any assistance
could be offered in this direction. Reference resources from which
solution to this problem could be found is also most welcomed. Early
response would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot for your help.

[I think you will need at least one plasma data point, preferably at a
time when the plasma concentration is high if you want to estimate V
and Cl - db]
