Hi,
Does anybody who has experience in species scaling
when nonlinear PK was evidence in animal data. Any
references is welcome
Thanks
Lisa

Dear Lisa,

In this paper we estimated human PK parameters of a nonliner model
from in vivo disposition data and in vitro liver slice data from rat
and monkey.
