Hello!
I am a portuguese student that in this i am doing my last year of
Pharmacy course and i am in an Spanish Hospital where i am working in
the departament of PK.
When i read yours e-mails i become very excited because we also use
the Abbott system and the Bayesian Method.
At this moment i am study the variability of tacrolimus i post-
transplant patients.
I want know more about this, can you kindly help me to found good
articles to read and imporove my work as soon as possible.

Dear,
Tacrolimus shows circadian variation in pharmacokinetics suggesting a
slower and delayed absorption phase at nightime.
It has shown better absorption during first six months of kidney
transplantation (time dependent Pk changes).
