Dear all,
Does anybody have an idea of the probenecid and cimetidine dose to be
used in order to inhibit OAT and OCT for at least 48 hours in rats?
Most studies pre-treat the animals with probenecid using the IV route
but the route varies in the case of cimetidine. Should a more
specific OCT inhibitor be used? Thanks.
Annie
