Dear All:
Can someone provide a concise list of the current limitations to
pulmonary delivery of small molecule drugs? Is there a maximum
practical amount of drug which can be reasonably administered (i.e.
300 mg)? Are the permeability barriers of the lung less stringent?
Are drugs which are not orally bioavailable due to low permeability,
able to be readily absorbed upon pulmonary delivery?
Thank you,
Damon
