Hello forum
Please clarify me about "reinjection reproducibility". This exercise
is done to assess any change occurring due to repeated acquisition
(reinjection) from the same vial placed under constant condition in
Autoinjector.
It may mot be feasible to run system suitability to check every time
to have a "Holistic" confidence on the system components.
There are different ways for assessing, Please help me, why any of
the four methods be used ? Quantify reinjected quality control (QC)
samples with freshly extracted CCs (caliberation curve / trend line /
best fit), freshly spiked CCs, previously run CC or CC reinjected
along with the QCs ?
Thanks in advance !
Cheers !
Ajay

Dear Ajay
The only purpose of Reinjection Reproducibility is to assess the QC
after a certain period of time , their accuracy , varibaility,
resaponse etc. this is done to check whether the method is stable
(the mobile phase, the pH conditions), the LCMS response is stable -
if this is not so the QC during reinjection will fail or behave
differentely from earlier injected. Ideally it should be done within
the same batch i.e the same CC- as the original -same conditions.
you can inject cc-qc-reinjectqc or cc- qc-mobile phase/blk/none (as
many as you feel to simulate the delay you predict you will have in
reinjection)- reinject qc.
you have to keep everything same and reinject the QC to see their
behaviour .
Cheers
Bharat
