Dear all,
If some one has a patience to explain rough process of fitting data
to a model and what sort of data would I need to develop model?
I only have per oral data sets and I use only NCA, but in literature
I see that people use different models for fitting data. I would
really like
understand this process and use it in my work, but I don't know how.
I don't even know what are + and - of this analysis.
Winnonlin is a program I use. Do I need IV bolus data to develop model?
Regards,
lidija

Dear Lidja,
Maybe you already got a response but certainly you can
model Oral data; using the library models supplied with WInNonlin you
would select those with an input of "1st order" e.g. models 3-6, 11-14
etc. depending on how many compartments your profiles suggested. Please
take a look at Chapter 4 of the WNL Examples Guide v5_2.pdf that you
will find in your install directory e.g. C:\Program
Files\Pharsight\WinNonlin\User Docs.
You can also consider joining one of our regular
hands-on training courses, the next one in Europe is in London this
