Dear All
We want to carry out the pharmacokinetic drug-drug interaction study
in rats. Two drugs are present in fixed dose combination. These both
drugs are having interaction and available as fixed dose combination
product. Our aim is to study the drug interaction of another drugs
with these both drugs which are in combination.
Our query is
If we want to study pharmacokinetic drug-drug interaction, we can
study by taking pharmacokinetic parameters by administering fixed dose
combination drug products with another interacting drug or
pharmacokietic parameters of individual drugs compaire with in
presence of the drug which going to interact.

It depend upon your objective, if you intended to study the
interaction with combination use the combination. If not use the
individual drug in the combination with one intended to study the
interaction. Best of luck.

Dear Sir,
It better to study the PK of both indvidual drugs and combination with
other drug. Then compare the PK parameters.
