Hi all,
Could anybody suggest method of extraction of Amphotericin B
in biological samples (e.g. plasma, tissue) for HPLC sample preparation?
At present I am facing poor recovery problem by using protein
precipitation method.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Arvind,
May be these references might help you. Very good extraction
efficiencies have been reported from plasma samples.
