Hello All,
A lead compound was orally administered to both mice (male CD) and
rats (male SD) at the dose of 10 mg/kg (0.5% methylcellulose
suspension). The plasma levels in mice were 100 times greater at all
time points (till 24 h) than that of rat. What could be the most
likely reason? The metabolism data is not available.
Thanks
