Dear all,
1) I would very much appreciate if someone could give me some help in
choosing the best bioanalysis method for endogenous nucleotides. I
would like to analyze cytidine/monophosphate/diphosphate/triphosphate
in blood and liver if possible.
2) What is the best workup procedure of the biological material to
minimize cleavage of phosphates?
