Does any one have any information on the Bioequivalence study
requirements for Olsalazine & Metabolite (5-ASA). Since these drug
belong to class of Locally acting GI drugs, can the standard BE
criteria be
applicable, like measuring the plasma concentrations of the parent
compound and the metabolite (5-ASA).
We are trining to develop method for this molecule on LCMS 3000 but we
are not getting adequate respone while during the tuning as well as
aqueous condition. (we have tried in ESI/APCI & Positive and negative
modes)
Any information shared with me would be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
