Hi Folks:
I have a naive question. We are planning to do a population PK-PD
study in pediatrics on an MRI agent. This study will have one point
efficacy measure of an MRI image which doesn't change much with time
and the time point you can take MRI can not be changed a whole lot.
My question is how can we do population PK (with sparse sampling) and
PD (with one measurement) study under these conditions. Appreciate if
anyone can guide me in the right direction or reference.
Sincerely,
Prasad
