Dear all
I would like to know the advantages of taking log transformation in
bioequivalence studies and what is subject additive effect in log
transformation
Thanks in advance

Dear Mohamed,
The rationale for log-transformation in BE data analysis is that Cmax
and AUC, as surrogate markers for clinical safety and efficacy of a
given generic medicine, are log-normally distributed. Taking log-
transformed Cmax and AUC we get normally distributed metrics for
testing the null hypothesis in BE analysis.
