dear forum,
I have a question, now I'm learning to do a research in a chronopharmacokinetic field to find out pharmacokinetic profile ( ka, t 1 / 2, and AUC) method was used to compare pharmacokinetic data profile of blood at night and during the day (early morning) by the method of Bratton marshal, animal used was a rabbit, is there anyone have an experienced in making this kind of research?
very best regards, Khoirotin Nisak,

Dear Nisak,
While I have no particular research experience in chronopharmacokinetics, I do know a bit about the Bratton-Marshall reagent. Is it this assay procedure for which you are seeking information? If so, it might be helpful to know more about how you intend to use the Bratton-Marshall reagent/assay in your research.
Best wishes,
Peter
