  Hi all,
  
  Is there any literature about CYP1A2 inducer EC50s with in vitro model
  (e.g., transfected cell line, fresh/cryopreserved hepatocytes)?  We
  are trying to collect related information, but so far data is
  limited.  Obviously most people are working with CYP3A4...
