  According to this study, it would not indicate that there are major
  differences:
  
  Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis Volume 24, Issues
  5-6, March 2001, Pages 863-870
  
  The alternate would be to administer it and test the theories.  There
  are enantioselective LCMS methods available.
