Dear all,
We are standardising a model of hepatic extraction ratio in rat liver
to establish pre-systemic/hepatic metabolism of our in house
compound(s) and in this i wanted to know how to assure liver cell
function after the experiment?. Is there any internal marker to add in
this system to check viability of liver cell. Also i would like to know
how to find out intestine extraction ratio in rat?.
Regards,
Rahul vats
