I was wondering if anyone knew of a program for the external quality
assurance of TB drug assays (including rifampicin, isoniazid,
pyrazinamide and ethambutol), used for pharmacokinetic studies.
Thanks.

There may be materials available through CAP or similar proficiency
programs. Another route if the CAP is not available would be to have
the
materials prepared following GMP/GLP traceability at an outside lab then
sent to you (blinded). You would do the analysis-send the results
back for
confirmation-similar to a cross validation or transfer study. You
might be
able to accomplish the same maintaining the blind until your QA/QC
compared
your results versus the prep labs results and nominals.
