Dear all,
The website http://www.rivm.nl/interspeciesinfo/ has been updated with
physiological data on lung and kidney. This facility may well benefit
pharmacokineticists, toxicologists and risk assessors in the design,
interpretation and/or extrapolation of data with respect to pharmaco/
toxicokinetics and dynamics.
In 2009 it is foreseen to add physiological data on other specific age
stages, such as elderly, prematures and fetuses. In addition, it is
intended to start a pilot study for performing a meta-analysis on the
physiological data.
