what is the optimal concentration of collagenase used in the isolation
of rat hepatocytes and is it the type II or type IV works well, with
rat hepatocytes.any references

Dear Raghav,
The collagenase Type IV (sigma), Conc : 0.3mg/ml in Hank's buffer may
work out.
