Dear Members,
I am experiencing a problem in IV formulation of a test compound.
The formulation we havefinalised is mixture of 10 % N-methyl
Pyrollidone and 10% Tween 80 in water.
The problem is after the addition of test compound the vehicle became
milky (but no sediments)
Now my question is whether this formulation can be used for IV studies.
If there is any reference available regarding characteristics of
perfect IV drug formulation.
thanks
madu
