Hello all.
Can anyone tell me there is a difference in the absorption rate and bioavailability of monoclonal antibodies of the same isotype?

We did not see a difference between typical bivalent antibodies with the
same isotype FC. This is basically anectodotal. While validating and
applying the analysis of antibody based drugs to support GLP and GCP studies
at MedImmune, I brought a statistician in -Harry Yang- to help reduce the
time and waste associated with estimating dilutions needed for the assay at
Cmax. Across at least seven different trials using the same FCs (different
FABs), we found that we could accurately estimate the serum levels
associated with a given IV or IM dose and that for each route.
