Dear all,
I had a doubt that an oral formulation made in DM water
can be dosed into rodents. I had a notion that the oral formulation
should mimic the solid dosage forms (tablets), means atleast it should
contain some surfactants and emulsifying agents. Even though the drug
is highly soluble in Demineralised water, can it be dosed as such?
Kindly clarify my doubt.
Thanks in advance.
With regards,
