I would like to have some opinions as to the use of PEG300 versus
PEG400. I am planning to use it (neat) for solubilizing a compound
for oral administration to mice. PEG is one of the very few
excipients in which my compound will dissolve into. I see more use of
PEG400 in the literature but does it have better solubilizing
properties than PEG300? Also is it likely that different PEGs will
give different bioavailabilities? Thanks very much in advance, Emme
