Hi Chandramouli,
Pharmacometrics learning tool at the ACCP website
http://accp1.org/pharmacometrics/modeling.htm
has case studies that you can try and compare your results. You can
find more datasets at RFPK website
http://depts.washington.edu/rfpk/service/datasets/index.html.
Other resources that I have found very useful include
http://www.fmhs.auckland.ac.nz/sms/pharmacology/holford/teaching/medsci719/timetable.aspx
http://www.fmhs.auckland.ac.nz/sms/pharmacology/holford/teaching/pharmacometrics/advanced.aspx
http://www.lapk.org/pubsinfo/teaching_topics.php
NONMEM user manuals can be found in your installation directory. Also,
you may want to subscribe to Nonmemsers group and search the archives
for more information.
Have fun modeling!
Best
Ganesh
