  I would like to receive information about point to point correlation
  (different of correlation linear, mathematical model use all points in
  analysis and not point to point) in radioimmunoassay in study to
  demonstrate bioequivalence between two drugs.

  It's not clear what exactly you need. Prism software (lots of others
  also)
  offers a cogent discussion of correlation.  Point to point is the
  perhaps
  the weakest of all.  What have you tried so far?  Have you tried to
  transform the data?  Perhaps sending a sample set might help clarify
  your
  issue- you can code the compounds so as not to reveal any proprietary
