this is my second letter to this forum, now i am assisting
pharmacokinetics laboratory practice. the topic is determining
salicylic acid concentration on urine sample by collecting 24 hours
urine sample by using trinder reagent. the drugs used in this
experiment is aspirin, and using spectrophotometer for the assay.
i want to konw why is the result sometimes below 0 (negative)? wether
because the blank (urine without drug) is cloudy or maybe there is
technical error?
thank you for the answer, please do not hesitate to ask more
information needed to answer my question.
best regard,
nisak
