Dear Sachin,
You can probably use hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrins upto 1-2 % with
HBSS for low/sparingly soluble componds. Practicaly i have observed
no alteration in the monolayer integrity (alteration in TEER
measurement and Papp) of Caco2 monolayers.
