Hi there,
Does anyone have experience with type of statistical model used for
testing gender effect.
I am considering the following model though I feel like its bit of an
overkill.
model y=sequence gender gender*sequence subj(gender*sequence) period
drug drug*gender;
If there in a gender effect, the conclusions should be based on the
above model. However, if there is no evidence of a gender effect then
the model could be simplified?
Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Suppose your drug bound to estrogen receptors? Or to an enzyme
aromatase, would it be overkill?
