I have a question regarding the WinNonlin Bioequivalene Wizard and
seek for help here.
The study is a four period, two sequence, replicated crossover study
design for a BE study. The sequence and period looks like RTRT/TRTR.
In WinNonlin data set, I have subject ID, sequence, period, treatment
(as for reference and test compound), Cmax, and AUC. When I used the
bioequivalence wizard, I chose population/individual as the type of
bioequivalence and other setting are the default setting. There is an
error message: "Error 11107, Fewer than 2 sequences had complete
design. Program terminating." Does anyone know what this error
message means and what is wrong with my analysis? Very appreciate your
input!!

Hi Lu,
I have the data set for the design you mentioned with the same sequences
RTRT/TRTR. In the WinNonlin workbook my data looks like this
Subject ID, Sequence, Period, Formulation Cmax
AUC
1001 RTRT 1 R
--- ---
1001 RTRT 2 T
--- ---
1001 RTRT 3 R
--- ---
1001 RTRT 4 T
--- ---
1002 TRTR 1 T
--- ---
1002 TRTR 2 R
--- ---
1002 TRTR 3 T
--- ---
1002 TRTR 4 R
--- ---
After running the bioequivalence wizard for Individual/Population
bioequivalence I didn't get any error message.
I think reason for the error you got in output is may be due to wrong
input of the data. For more clarification and detail please refer to
WinNonlin User's guide and Example guide or try to renter the data the
way I suggested.
I hope this will help you.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Ravi:
Thank you very much for your information. Your guess is correct. I did
not prepare the dataset in the right way. I very appreciate your help.
Best regards!!
Lu
