Dear PharmPK group:
I have a question on Pharsight's new Phoenix Winnonlin 6.0.
When I specified the TAU for steady-state dosing interval, all PK
parameters
estimates disappear except the AUC_tau and AUMC_tau. Any advice to
resolve
this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sam,
That is a strange problem that I've not seen; my assumption
would be that under SETUP tab for your NCA object, you check the
PARAMETER NAMES worksheet to be sure you have not requested these other
parameters are excluded.
If that doesn't solve the issue I would suggest you send the
offending file to support.aaa.pharsight.com
Best regards,
Simon.
PS - as you may have seen version 6.1 was released today; I recommend
moving to that when you can. We also hope to announce a user forum
shortly to enable discussions specifically around model building etc in
WinNonlin.
PPS - I also forgot to mention in this morning's announcement that
licensed WinNonMix users will automatically get the licence for the NLME
module since that is the upgrade path for that software.
