Dear all,
I am working on a nano-loaded formulation of anti-HIV drugs and wanted
to target Phagocyte/monocyte as well as to increase bioavailability
of the same by reducing metabolism and by incereasing solubility.
Here analysis is my prime concern as my drug will remain in side the
cell of Phagocytes/monocytes and analysis will be done in plasma.
Will tissue distribution study (majorly spleen, liver and other
lymphoidal organs which is shelter of these macrophases/monocytes)
give me information related to increase bioavailability and effective
targeting of formulation or i have to go for any other study to dig
out same information ?
