Hi all,
Can anybody send across the winnonlin user defined model for simulataneous fitting of IV and Oral data (One / Two compartment) ?

I don't have them to hand but if I recall correctly there are some examples written in the old 'ascii' code of 5.x in Gabrielsson and Weiner's book.

However if you've had a chance to upgrade (it's free for current WinNonlin users) to Phoenix WinNonlin (current version is 6.1), then you may find the graphical model building tool much easier for this and other custom models; you can also discuss them with other users on the www.pharsight.com/extranet
