Dear all
During the BE study, there was a small peak in blank plasma at the
time of drug elution. It was calculated to be about 50ng/ml while
peak plasma concentration was about 2000ng/ml. For the calculation of
AUC, should we accept the concentration of blank plasma as a 50ng/ml
or 0ng/ml ?. There was no such a peak in the plasma which was used
for the calibration.
Another similar question. There was no peak detected in the plasma
of the last time point(24hr), but 30ng/ml of concentration was
calculated from the calibration curve because of intercept. Should it
be 0 or 30 ng/ml for the calculation of AUC ?. Thank you
