Hello everyone,
Got a quick question.
# Anyone know about advantages and disadvantages of measurement
technique for plasma NO(chemiluminescence, etc). Any comments,
references are greatly appreciated.
thanks,

Although analytical techniques were not specifically mentioned, a review
of the most frequently cited citations for NO recently appeared in the
Dec 9, 1996 edition of the Scientist that might be a useful starting point.

The following references might be helpful for developing a method for
quantification of plasma NO:

Dear Dr. Tangphao,
For a comprehensive treatise of different techniques for NO quantification
you may want to consult the following monograph:
Feelisch, M. & J.S.Stamler (eds.) Methods in Nitric Oxide Research, Wiley &
Sons. Ltd., 1996
Should you need professional analytical help in the bioanalysis of NO (incl.
plasma analytics) you should contact S&G Analytical Inc. in San Francisco:
