I am trying to identify a pharmacokinetic software package but out by SAS but
am having I difficult time. Can anyone give me a lead or tell me specifically
what to ask for?

Statistics does not assume anything- you do. Data must be tested for normality
and equivalence of variance before any worthwhile exploration of significant
differences (or declaration of homgeneity ) can be made.

Not so. Equivalence of variance is not a requirement. In addition there are
"robust" tests that are appropriate when deviations from the "usual" ANOVA
assumptions are not met.
