Dear All
Can anyone help us? One of my clinical fellows has recently started to
model some data using WinNonLin, but has discovered that we have data that
needs a more complex model than those found in the libraries provided.
She wishes to run a two compartment model with i.v. infusion input to the
central compartment and elimination by a Michaelis Menten process from the
central compartment.
Whilst the manual tells me that building your own model is easy, I suspect
they were not expecting the user's supervisor to be a busy clinician trying
to do this between outpatient clinics and ward rounds ..... enough of the
sob story .....
...... so, if anyone has used WinNonLin for this purpose and was prepared to
let us use their model .....
...... a beer awaits them in Edinburgh (although we can't refund travel
costs!).
Thanks,
Duncan

Dear Christine
Thank you for this. We have been sent this model by Pharsight and another
with slightly different parameterisation from a LISTSERV member in Belgium,
so we are "cooking with gas"!
